We are a group mainly of parents working to raise extra money for the children at Broughton Primary School. We are known as FOBS - Friends of Broughton School and we are a registered charity.

Our motto is “It’s for the Children” and we work closely with the school staff to raise funds for those ‘extra items’ that the school might otherwise not be able to afford.

Recently we have been able to fund the children's annual pantomime and brand new outdoor furniture amongst other things. 

We do lots of fun events including wreath making workshops, children's crafts, sponsored activities, village trail hunts and many more.

We aim to bring back some of our other popular events such as school discos, afternoon teas and Christmas fayres when able to. 

The Summer Gala in July is our big family event of the year, which not only raises considerable funds for the children at school but is also lots of fun for all.

We are always looking for new faces, ideas and input so please join!
